Xintai® brand V0 Flame Retardant PP sheets/rolls for Thermoforming is fire retardant, acid-resistant, insulated and eco-friendly, which is our newly developed product this year. This kind of PP sheets/rolls can reach V0 UL 94 rating of flame retardant, it can effectively avoid the spread of fire, which is widely used as insulation sheets of electronic equipment such as insulator of battery, mechanical panel, insulating sheets for automobile and heating division pad for air condition.

And this kind of material can also be made into other types of products through thermoforming, which broadens the use of materials and finished products.

We are continuinglyimproving our flame retardant PP sheets and it is the best substitute for PC insulation sheets, and the price of PP is much lower PC.

UL 94 Rating	Definition	Estimated Cost
